1 General Terms and Applicability

2 Account Registration and Personal Information

2.1 Single Account Use

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login details, password, and any authentication codes confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is discovered, kx6 support must be notified immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

Progression through VIP levels depends on the user's activity and engagement on the platform.

5 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing at kx6 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to obtain bonuses artificially.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.

• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.
• Threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.

If any user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, kx6 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take necessary legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

kx6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the User
